The 2025 KTM 390 Adventure Skid Plate is the first of its kind crafted from 9.5 mm thick billet UHMW — a material with 10× the wear resistance of carbon steel and outstanding sound-dampening properties. Rocks and debris hit with a muted thud, not a deafening clang.

Unlike welded HDPE plates, our precision thermoforming process creates a single-piece design that’s tougher, lighter, and longer-lasting. This is serious protection built for aggressive riding. This is the last skid plate you will ever need!
