UHMW is highly durable, standing up to more abuse than any other plastic. Proven at races like Erzbergrodeo, these wrap-around handguards perform exceptionally on both dirt bikes and adventure bikes.
Tired of aluminium wraparounds jarring our wrists on impact, we switched to UHMW. It absorbs hits better, saves your wrists, and keeps its shape over time while allowing your bars to flex naturally.

- 7000 Series Aluminium Mounts with Black Anodizing
- 3/8″ thick centre rib
- Thermo-formed 1/4″ thick (Enduro) Billet UHMW
- Durable vinyl stickers, same as you’d see on a quality graphics package
- Bar end hardware bolts wrap-around to the handlebar – a much stronger mounting method than expanders
- Quality American made hardware
Fitment Notes:
- Mounts fit a standard 7/8″ handlebar – 99% of brands (KTM, Husqvarna, Gas Gas, Beta, Yamaha, Kawi, etc.)
- Slots are provided on wraps so that mounts can be moved to different locations on the handlebar
- Dirt bikes, Adventure bikes, Cruisers, you name it
- Bar end hardware includes the threaded bar inserts. Bars must be tapped with a 5/8-11 thread.
- Thin-walled handlebars may require expanders. KOVE Moto is known for thin handlebars and will need threaded expanders.
