The KTM EXC Rally kit fits to KTM EXC 250,300,350/450/500 model Y2017+ Unfortunately it cannot be modified to older models.

The kit fits standard KTM tank, 12 & Acerbis tanks and KTM hard parts tanks. You could modify side panels to suit other tanks or run without side panels. We cannot guarantee fit with other tanks.

  • To achieve the maximum weight savings and maintain the durability required for long distance races we designed a carbon fibre tower. Parts in danger of impact during a crash are steel so they can be bend back, while others like the clamps are CNC milled for precise fit. Injection moulded windscreen and transparent vacuum moulded side panels provides wind protection. The full kit with road legal LED headlights is just 3 KG!
  • The CNC milled clamps ensure bolt on system that can be removed and the bike

returned to original configuration simply. GPS, roadbook or trip master connecting wires,

extension wires and spare connectors are included too.

  • The kit includes the Scotts style steering damper mounting only (steering damper Not included in standard kit). You can bolt your own damper on in a few seconds.
  • Reliability and durability of the design was proven when used in the Hellas rally, ElChott rally and the legendary Dakar Rally 2019 and 2020.
  • If you want to use a full roadbook rally navigation, we have the Racing add on. they include an aluminium bracket module that is added on the top of the carbon tower and has space for a roadbook, tripmasters, SpeedoCap and GPS receivers.
