Behind the 790/890390 rally windshield is more space for any navigation devices, from Garmin to more and more popular tablets. And to simplify mounting of your device the GPS bar is included in the kit.
- We also recommend to order also our GPS adapter for the GPS bar here. It will fit any standard 4 hole GPS AMPS mounts (Garmin, TomTom and others).

- We designed and tested many versions, doing 3D prints, changing size, angle and airflow. We had multiple riders of different heights, body positions and using different helmets helping us to provide feedback. We believe we have a high quality and functional products. However the feeling of aerodynamics is very individual and depends on multiple factors. For that reason we can’t guarantee improvement for every individual.

KTM 790/890 front rally tanks features and benefits
- Two R/G rally style narrow tanks replace the 12cm wider original KTM tank. The R/G rally tanks are 3kg lighter than the standard KTM 790/890 tanks, also the carried lower. All this results in better handling from the lower the centre of gravity. Single trails are easier as you can change direction smoother with a lighter and skinnier bike .
- The fuel capacity for the 2 tanks is 17 liters in total. The tanks are filled independently, but they are connected with fuel line at the bottom. This makes the tanks work exactly the same way as the original, which has 2 compartments as well.
Practical top storage and adapter for Scotts steering damper
- The R/G rally tanks for KTM 790/890 come with storage box on top of the tanks. We even integrated an USB port in there. The storage box has a volume of 2 liters it is convenient for storing smaller items like wallet, phone, compact camera, or anything else you need to have close by. It is made from carbon fiber and is splash proof.
- A mounting adapter for the Scotts damper is also part of the R/G KTM 790/980 rally tanks kit.
Integrated crash protection
- We included newly designed integrated radiator and tank guard. It is made from strong aluminum blocks and bars, combined with aluminium CNC front panel featuring strong and practical design finish.
- At the bottom of the tanks thick carbon covers are installed, providing extra protection without additional weight. The carbon covers and the entire rally tank kit can be mounted with most skid plate designed to work the original KTM plastic tank covers covers. There are many options to choose from but please note, it is not compatible with the EXP skid plate or variants that require removal of the bottom tank protectors.

- The R/G rally front tanks for KTM 790/890 adventure are sold as stand alone kit and can be installed independently from other R/G parts. But can we recommend combining them with RG Fairing Kit to radically change your KTM 790/890 into rally design bike? We took extra time and care to make sure the design lines, transitions and functionality are perfect in any configuration.
- The independent R/G fairing kit provide other very useful benefits like more space for navigation, better wind protection and stronger, road legal lights.
- Or you can add R/G KTM790 rear auxiliary tanks and increase your fuel volume by another 5 litres. We even offer combination of fuel and water storage for those ultimate adventurers.

- The R/G rear auxiliary tanks for the KTM 790/890 you can add extra 5 liters of fuel and increase your riding range. The tanks are equal size and connected to the front tank fuel line if you are using the original KTM configuration or if you are using the R/G tanks.
- No extra pumps tanks are gravity drained.
- The tanks are exactly the same size and shape as the original plastic panels. That makes them compatible with any exhaust silencer, luggage racks and other accessories using the same attachment points as the PowerParts racks.
Kit supplied in Australia comes with 3 x inline non return valve for fuel line and to prevent any pressure build up and overfilling of rear tank system.
Fit into the KTM 790/890 RG Rally kit
- The R/G rear auxiliary tanks for KTM 790/890 Adventure can be installed independently from other R/G parts. They have been designed to work with your OEM tank to increase you fuel carrying capacity by 5 litres or the more narrow rally style front tanks to bring your fuel carrying capacity slightly above the standard capacity. The rear tanks keep the weight low and close to the bike so you get no adverse effects on handling. You can also complemented it with Fairing kit to radically change the look and design of your KTM 790/890 and turn it into a lean and mean looking rally bike. And of course take advantage of the very useful benefits like more space for navigation, better wind protection and stronger, road legal lights.

Full carbon tower reducing the weight
- The core of the KTM 790/890 fairing kit is a carbon fibre tower. It consists of combinations 3-9 layers for carbon and kevlar, providing the tower with high stiffness and also reducing the weight of the kit. The carbon tower is 430g only! And in total, you save almost 1Kg compared with the OEM setup.
- But it is not only about the weight, it was designed for practical daily use and to carry strong, EU road-legal LED headlights, USB outlet, and a variety of navigation equipment.
The Carbon Fibre Tower Kit
- The KTM 790/890 Adventure is a great bike out of the box… long travelled suspension, ready to race engine, rider-friendly controls… but it’s missing the design heritage from Dakar winning motorcycles.
- To give the KTM 790/890 Adventure more aggressive look we designed our new R/G rally style fairing kit based on our experiences and work with the actual Dakar racing KTM EXC rally bike.
- This fairing kit fits on following model years: 790 Adventure (2019-20), 890 Adventure (2021-22). And is compatible with R/G Rally tanks on all model years 2019-23.
- The core of the KTM 790/890 fairing kit is a carbon fiber tower.
